Email Phishing Alert

We are receiving reports of phishing emails being sent from an address that closely resembles the web address associated with our Online Banking’s web address.

The email is from "customer _service @cm.netteller.com" and has a subject line of "NetTeller Watch Notice."

These are "Phishing emails" asking the email recipient to click on the embedded link. These emails are not legitimate. DO NOT click the link. Instead, permanently delete the email.

First National Bank does not contact customers via text messages, email or telephone to verify or request security information. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the Call Center at 479-788-4600.

Robocall Scams

Beware of Robocall Scams. These are phishing attempts by criminals to obtain your personal account information vial Robocall technology.

This technology allows companies to autodial thousands of numbers. If you answer the phone and hear a recorded message instead of a live person, it's a Robocall.

Robocall Scams requires additional action of the caller to press a number and enter their private account information. Never provide your debit card number or any other private information in response to an unsolicited phone call or email.

REMEMBER: First National Bank of Fort Smith will NEVER ask you for any private information (such as account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers) through an unsolicited email or phone call.
